The Brother Bird Foundation was created in loving memory of Heather & Sophia's beloved brothers, Nicholas Wells and Zak Nelson. Both Nick and Zak were taken from our families far too young and separately, under very tragic circumstances. Through the darkness of our losses, Heather and Sophia will never forget how our community rallied around our families and offered unwavering support & kindness.
100% of donations directly support our mission: to provide meaningful assistance to families navigating loss and hardship. Through generous donations and by giving back a portion of our own real estate business earnings, we’re able to offer hope and resources to those facing the unimaginable—just as we did with the loss of Nick and Zak.
In 2025, we are proud to partner with Folds of Honor, further extending our reach and impact for families in need.
